Every cake baked in my kitchen in Surrey is made fresh to order using tried and tested recipes and the very best ingredients. I can work with you to ensure a personalised design unique for your occasion.

 

The flavours listed can be mixed and matched with these icings and fillings, it just depends on your preference. If there is a flavour you'd prefer that isn't listed then please do ask.

My standard size cakes include 4, 6, 8 and 10 inch.

 

Additionally because my focus is modern the standard height is 6 inches. I also specialise in double barrel cakes which is the modern version of a two tier and reach 10 inches in height.

 

I tend to use DTC Buttercream which is a variation of French Buttercream with the consistency of Swiss Meringue Buttercream (original recipe created by Don't Tell Charles). However if you'd prefer a Swiss Meringue Buttercream do ask.

 

Price of cake is dependant on complexity and the elements used hence please contact me for a quote.
