1. How do I care for my cake/cupcakes?
Once you have received your cake, store it in a cool dry place and keep out of direct sunlight. You can refrigerate or freeze them once they’ve been cut to preserve them.
Cupcakes are best eaten on the day. They will still be good to eat for 2 more days if you put in an airtight container and store in a cool dry place.
2. What is the lead time on placing an order?
We require 2 working days notice for cupcakes and 3 working days notice for larger cakes. All orders must be placed by 10am. Of course this remains subject to change on exact request and is subject to payment.
3. What if I need a last minute order?
Just call and ask. Dependent on orders at the time we’ll do our best to accommodate.
4. Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum order of 12 standard size cupcakes and 24 miniature size cupcakes.
5. Do your cakes and cupcakes contain nuts?
While many of our cakes and cupcakes do not have nuts in the recipe we cannot guarantee that any of our cakes and cupcakes as well as decorations do not contain nuts.
6. Do I have to choose something from the photo gallery?
No. We can create something specifically for you for any special occasion. Many of our customers request bespoke items so just let us know what you need and we can work with you.
7. Does Blissful Baking deliver?

Yes you can cancel or amend an order. All cancellations must be made in writing however please be aware that any deposits or full payments already made are non-refundable. This is because we purchase the ingredients and decorations for your order on confirmation of the order.
Amendments to orders should be made within 48 hours of the order being placed but do give us a call if it's out of this time period and we'll see what we can do.
