This cupcake is full of citrus flavour. It's lovely and soft inside with a slight crisp on the outside. An Aussie delight, I’ve been using this recipe for years and just converted it to the cupcake!
Our classic range of cupcakes contain a variety of different cake flavours to suit any palate. Gluten free is also available including carrot, chocolate and vanilla. Available in both standard and miniature sizes they are baked fresh everyday from our home based kitchen in Kingswood.
You are welcome to alternate the toppings. A popular choice, for example, is Choc Orange serving the Orange Buttercream with the Chocolate mud cake.
